Since Dropio deals in digital products and software, all sales are considered final.

  • Once a product is purchased and delivered, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be provided.

  • This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Refund)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same product

  • Technical Issue: If the product is not delivered or is completely inaccessible due to a system error

  • Wrong Product Delivery: If you receive a product different from what was purchased

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
